- Authority is hereby granted to the Dumangas Polytechnic College, Dumangas, Iloilo to operate the Third and Fourth years Liberal Arts (A.B.) and Third and Fourth years Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education (B.S.I.E.) course, effective school year 1984-85.
- This authority shall be subject to revocation should the aforementioned institution not operate in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or fail to maintain the prescribed standards of instruction and/or to comply with the rules and regulations pertaining to the organization, administration, and supervision of educational institutions in the Philippines.
