1. Pursuant to the provisions of Batas Pambansa Blg. 359 converting the Sagay Municipal High School into a branch of the Iloilo State College of Fisheries and to primarily provide technological and vocational instruction and training in fisheries science, the Iloilo State College of Fisheries Sagay Branch, Sagay, Negros Occidental is hereby granted authority to offer the Three-year Course in Diploma in Fishery Technology beginning the school year, 1985-86.
2. In case of failure on the part of the above-named school to observe and maintain any of the required standards of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports affecting the course herein approved, the authority hereby granted may be revoked and cencelled.
