- In view of the review to be undertaken by this Ministry relative to the mechanics and guidelines for the acquisition/purchase of textbooks and other instructional materials for the public schools and to allow all interested parties to be consulted on the final implementing details, the effectivity of MECS Order No. 39, s. 1986, is deferred until December 31, 1986.
- All concerned are advised hereof and their attention enjoined.
