- Paragraph 2-c of MECS Order No. 2, s. 1985, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Except for meritorious cases and when the exigencies of the service so require, no extension of service of officials, especially of schools superintendents, who have reached the mandatory retirement age of 65 shall be allowed. - Please be guided accordingly
