1. In line with the policy of the Department to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness, and to improve regional planning, coordination and supervision of educational programs, projects and the activities, the distribution of responsibilities to supervise a number of regions by the Secretary and the Undersecretaries is hereby specified as follows:
   Secretary Lourdes R. Quisumbing – NCR
   Undersecretary Minda C. Sutaria – Regions I, II, VI, VII and VIII
   Undersecretary Cledualdo Perez – Regions III, IV, X and XI
   Undersecretary Victor M. Ordonez – Regions V, IX and XII
2. These regional assignments shall be rotated after two years in order to give each Undersecretary a chance to gain insights on the gaps and growth points of the educational programs and projects in other regions.
3. This Order shall take effect immediately.
