1. On the basis of the recommendation of the Bureau of Higher Education and the Technical Panel for Agricultural Education, the Tadian School of Arts and Trades is hereby authorized to offer the BS in Industrial Education and BS in Industrial Technology courses effective SY 1981-82.
2. This authority is issued as a special case, provided the school shall maintain satisfactory standards in said courses and provided further, budgetary support shall be appropriated for these courses.
3. In the case of failure on the part of the above-named school to observe and maintain any of the required standards of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports affecting the courses herein approved, and failure to provide appropriation to support the same, the authority hereby granted may be revoked and cancelled.
