1. DECS Order No. 74, s. 1987 is hereby amended by deleting the requirement for a written test for purposes of placement for all categories of positions mentioned therein pursuant to Executive Order No. 117 authorizing the reorganization of the Department of Education, Culture, and Sports.
2. At a future time, we will consider, in consultation with the rank and file the appropriateness of written test for purposes of determining trainee and other career development needs of personnel after the reorganization pursuant to Executive Order No. 117 shall have been completed.
3. This Order shall take effect immediately.
