- The composition of the Pre/Post-Qualification, Bids and Awards Committee (PBAC) under DECS Order No 85, s. 1987 amending MECS Order No. 35, s. 1983, as amended under MECS Order No. 50, s. 1984, is hereby further amended as follows:
Dr. Augusto L. Tenmatay and Dr. Frederick
So. Pada, part-time provisional members representing
PRODED and TVEP, respectively, are hereby reassigned
full-time regular members of PBAC regardless of
project identity. - This Order shall take effect immediately.
