1. For the information of all concerned, Memorandum Circular No. 62, s. 1987, of the Civil Service Commission is reproduced below:
   TO : ALL HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, BUREAUS AND AGENCIES OF THE NATIONAL AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS INCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED AND/OR CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS AND STATE UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES
   SUBJECT : Annual Five-Day Vacation Leave Under EO No. 1077
   The Annual 5-day vacation leave required under Executive Order No. 1077 is considered complied with when an officer or employee goes on approved vacation leave within a calendar year for a period aggregating not less than five (5) days which need not be successive.
   This Memorandum Circular amends the pertinent portion of MC No. 6, s. 1986.
