  1. Attached is Executive Order No. 301 which relates to decentralizing actions on Government Negotiated Contracts, Lease Contracts and Records Disposal.
  2. The guidelines explained in the Executive Order will be very helpful to officials and employees of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports who are charged with the functions of procurement and the keeping of records.
  3. It is desired that this Order be disseminated to all officials and employee concerned for their information and guidance.
