1. In consonance with the approved staffing pattern of DECS pursuant to E.O. Nos. 117 and 285, and the inclosed letters from the Honorable Secretary, Department of Budget and Management, dated April 11 and 18, 1988, the following officials are entitled to monthly commutable representation/transportation (RATA) allowance payable from the programmed appropriations provided for their respective offices indicated herein:
   Vocational College Superintendent  ) P1,000 for
   Vocational Schools Superintendent ) each type of
   Schools Division Superintendent     ) allowance
   Assistant Schools Division             ) P900 for each
   Superintendent                              ) type of
   Vocational Schools Administrator   ) allowance
2. These RATA increments shall take effect January 1, 1988.
