1. Effective immediately, a Prequalification, Evaluation and Awards Committee for Consultancy (PEVAC) is hereby constituted pursuant to the Neda Guidelines on the Hiring of Consultants for Government Infrastructure Projects dated December 1987. For purposes of efficiency of operations, the following persons who are also members of the PBAC shall constitute the PEVAC as follows:
   1. Chairman (voting): Dr. Vedasto G. Suarez
   2. Executive Secretary (voting): Atty. Eulogia Cueva
   3. Technical Members (voting): Ms. Josephine F. Ramirez, Engr. Luis H. Maramba, Mr. Oscar G. Josef
   4. Provisional members to be called upon on a project-to-project basis:
      SEDP (voting): Dr. Pacita Andres
      ATEP (voting): Ms. Mila Marcos
2. The above-named Committee members shall be directly assisted by the PBAC-Technical Staff which is constituted likewise the PEVAC-Technical Staff which presently holds office at the 9th floor of the Palacio del Governador.
3. The Terms of Reference shall be as those specified in the NEDA Guidelines.
4. For immediate implementation.
