1. Upon the recommendation of DECS Regional Office No. VIII, Tacloban City and the Bureau of Higher Education, the Southern Leyte School of Arts and Trades in Sogod, Southern Leyte is hereby authorized to operate the Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education (BSIE) and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology (BSIT) courses retroactive SY 1981-1982, as a special case.
2. This authority is issued, provided, that budgetary requirements for the operation of the herein approved courses be appropriated and maintained.
3. In case of failure on the part of the above-named school to observe and maintain any of the required standards of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports affecting said courses and to provide appropriation to support the same, the authority hereby granted may be revoked and cancelled.
4. It is desired that this Order be widely disseminated.
