  1. There is hereby created a Pro-Poor Task Force to oversee implementation of DECS Pro-Poor Programs per Executive Order No. 370 dated September 25, 1989, composed of the following:

    Mr. Arturo B. Agustin (BTVE) – Coordinator
    Mr. Gregorio E. Villafuete (PG) – Coordinator/Liaison

  2. To insure effective implementation and supervision of Pro-Poor Programs, cooperation of all agencies and offices/units concerned is enjoined.
