1. Reproduced on the reverse side is a copy of Memorandum Circular No. 14, s. 1990 of the Civil Service Commission regarding the Rules Implementing Republic Act No. 6850.
2. Conformably with the aforementioned Memorandum Circular, all provisional or temporary employees who qualify for the grant of eligibility under RA 6850 are hereby directed to submit the applications with the nearest Civil Service regional, field or provincial office. Then the certificate of Civil Service eligibility issued by the Civil Service regional field or provincial office should be submitted by the employees to their respective offices in order that the corresponding appointment under permanent status may be proposed.
3. It is desired that this Order be given wide dissemination.
