For the information and guidance of the field, inclosed is a certified copy of National Emergency Memorandum Order No. 24, dated May 17, 1990 entitled “Directing the Adoption of Further Economy Measures for the Purpose of Generating Funds for the Immediate Implementation of Certain Priority Programs for Fiscal Year (FY) 1990.”
  2. This Order should be brought to the attention of all DECS officials concerned, including regional directors, superintendents, administrators, heads of national schools, budget, planning and accounting officers.
