“No Smoking” Rule to be Observed in All DECS Offices and Attached Agencies

1.   Effective immediately, a NO SMOKING rule shall be observed in all offices, visitors’ lounge and other working areas of the central office, regional offices, and offices of attached agencies.
2.   Heads of offices are instructed to post No SMOKING signs in their premise. Those who want to smoke must do so outside the building.

3.   For strict compliance.
