1.   In accordance with the Memorandum of Executive Secretary Catalino Macaraig Jr., dated August 17,1990, the following are herby designated to constitute two (2) committees to investigate administrative charges/complaints against presidential appointees in offices directly under or attached to the Department of Education, Culture and Sports and in state colleges and universities.

First Committee

Second Committee

Chairman   :    State Prosecutor Francisco F. Benedicto

2.   The Committee shall have the functions and powers prescribed by the said Memorandum, a copy of which is inclosed.

3.   This Order takes effect immediately and shall remain in full force until further order.
