1.   In conformity with DECS Order No. 22, s. 1997. Re: Up-grading the Two-Year Associate in Marine Engineering Course to a four-year ladderized maritime education program, the Southern Iloilo Polytechnic College, Miag-ao, Iloilo, is hereby authorized to offer the Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering ( BS MAR/E) effective school year 1991-1992.
