  1. Inclosed are copies of each of the following Comelec Rulings in connection with the forthcoming national and local elections on May 11, 1992:
    1. Resolution No. 2326, promulgated December 18, 1991 – General Instructions for Boards of Election Inspectors on the Registration of Voters for the May 11, 1992 Elections;
    2. Resolution No. 2327, promulgated December 26, 1991 – Summary Disqualification of Candidates Engaged in Gun-Running, Using and Transporting of Firearms or in Organizing Special Strike Forces, and Establishment of Spot Checkpoints;
    3. Resolution No. 2329, promulgated January 2, 1991 – Appointment of Chairman and Members of the Boards of Election Inspectors and their Substitutes in connection with the National and Local Elections on May 11, 1992; and
    4. Resolution No. 2332, promulgated January 2, 1992 – Rules on the Public Works Ban During the Period Preceding the National and Local Elections on May 11, 1992.
  2. Immediate dissemination of the above rulings is enjoined for the information and strict compliance of all concerned.
