2. This is being Issued in reference to Memorandum Circular No. 12, s. 1993 of the Civil Service Commission regarding the procedure to be followed in separating from the service those civil service employees mentioned in CSC Resolution No. 94-1464 (10 March 1994).
3. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Order is directed.
