Schools Superintendents

1. In line with the Department’s efforts to upgrade the competencies of its human resources, 5-7% should be allocated from the maintenance and other operating expenses (MOOE) of the regional and/or divisional offices or schools for staff development to insure continuing in-service trainings and retraining.
2. Registration fees, board and lodging, transportation and other allowable expenses of teachers participating in staff development programs specially in Science, Mathematics and English should be charged against the MOOE funds of the region, division or the school.
