- Effective SY 1995-1996, the Department shall adopt the revised 1985 Weight and Height Reference Standards for Filipino Children developed by the Food and Nutrition Research Institute and the Philippine Pediatrics Society in the assessment of the nutritional status of individual children, in order to assess the magnitude of malnutrition in a community/population group.
- Inclosed are the FNRI-PPS Weight and Height Reference Standards/Tables for boys and girls ages 6 to 19 years old.
- It is desired that this Order be disseminated for compliance of all concerned.
