1. It has been observed that vehicles and other facilities of traders/suppliers have been solicited or offered and accepted for use during meetings and other official DECS functions. This practice must be prohibited as it gives the public a wrong impression that DECS officials, especially those visiting from the central office, are accepting favors from such traders/suppliers.
2. Effective immediately, it is strictly prohibited to use traders/suppliers vehicles or any other facilities for official functions.
