1.   Paragraph 8 on the Implementing Guidelines of DECS Order No, 47, s. 1997 is hereby corrected to read:

“A teacher involved in this program is entitled to two thousand five hundred pesos (P2,500.00) allowance per month while the principal-coordinator is entitled to one thousand pesos (P1,000.00) allowance per month chargeable against OSEC funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. The said teacher should have at least 5 years of teaching experience and if possible, exposure to the experiential learning cycle as an in-service trainer.”

2.   The amount stipulated in the aforementioned paragraph is an allowance paidfor extra-essential services rendered in connection with the Balik-Paaralan Para sa Out-of-School Adult (OSA) Program.

3.   Strict compliance with this Order is directed.
