1. In the interest of the service, Mrs. Ma. Chita I. Singayan of the Special Education Divisions. Bureau of Elementary Education (SPED, BEE) is hereby designated as member of the Technical Committee on Specifications Review and Bid Evaluation for the Third Elementary Education Project (TEEP). Mrs. Singayan shall replace Ms. Carol Cruz of the Staff Development Division of the said Bureau. Mrs. Singayan shall perform all duties and responsibilities defined in DECS Order No. 56, s.1998. Likewise, she shall be entitled to honorarium as member of the Committee.
2. This Order shall take effect immediately.
