1.   In view of the many issues presented during the recent MANCOM Meeting regarding the implementation of DECS Order No. 111, s.1998, entitled “Delegation of Authority to the Schools Superintendents”, this office hereby defers its further implementation.
2.   A Task Force has been created to study the issues and concerns raised against “the Order.

3.   Immediate compliance with this Order is directed.
