Effectivity of the Grade/Year Placement of PEPT Qualifiers

- There have been several queries from the field as to the grade/year placement of the 1999 PEPT successful examinees during the school year 1999-2000.
- As per present DECS policy, elementary and secondary schools curricula do not operate on a semestral basis. The effectivity of grade/year placement of all PEPT qualifiers (both elementary and high school levels) shall be at the opening of the school year.
- Wide dissemination of this Order to all concerned is desired.
