1.  The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall be organized and maintained to ensure its capacity to plan and implement programs aligned with national policies.

2.  Following the principles of simplicity, economy and efficiency in government operations, bureaus and offices shall be grouped according to its major functions.

3.  Thus, for the efficient administration of the Department under the new Administration, the attached organizational chart shall hereby apply. Reporting duties are detailed therein.
