Enclosed is a copy of DECS-DBM-DILG Joint Circular No. 01-B dated June 25, 2001, further clarifying Sec. 2.0 of DECS-DBM-DILG Joint Circular No. 01-A dated March 14, 2000, to include among priority items chargeable to SEF, the payment of salaries and authorized allowances of. teachers hired to handle new classes as extensions of existing public elementary or secondary schools established pursuant to Section 2.1 of the said Joint Circular.
