Revocation of the Accreditation Requirement Under the DECS Order No. 25, s. 1999

Effective immediately, DECS Order No. 25 s. 1999 dated March 8, 1999 on the accreditation requirement for all transactions of goods and services inclusive of textbooks and other instructional materials is hereby repealed in consonance with Executive Order No. 262 dated July 5, 2000.
In view thereof, all members of the Accreditation Committee are directed to return to their mother units.
All existing DECS Orders, issuances and memoranda inconsistent with the provisions of this DECS Order are hereby repealed.
