1.  In line with the efforts of the Department of Education to improve its organizational communication services and to facilitate information dissemination to all DepEd field offices and its clientele, all Division offices are hereby directed to avail of an internet subscription from the nearest Internet Service Provider (ISP) in their respective localities.

2.  All regional directors are directed to monitor the compliance of their respective divisions to this Order and submit a consolidated report to the Office of the Director for Technical Service, DepEd Central Office on or before June 21, 2002.

3.  Only those field offices with internet access will be given an official email address by the Central Office with the domain name of the Department (deped.gov.ph).

4.  The Official email address will be used for disseminating all department memoranda and orders to the field offices.

5.  Expenses incurred in connection with this undertaking shall be charged against the MOOE fund of the Division Office.

6.  Immediate dissemination and compliance of this Order is desired.
