- For the information and guidance of all concerned, enclosed is a copy of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9165. Particular attention shall be given on Article III relative to the random drug testing of secondary students; and on Article IV which contains provisions mainly on the participation of the family, students, teachers and school authorities in the enforcement of the Act.
- Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Order is desired.
