1. In the event of war in the Middle East or places where there are threats to security, peace and order, all schools are advised to accept students from Philippine Schools Overseas (PSOs), who may be displaced in the process.
2. All the necessary assistance shall be extended to the concerned students to ensure the continuity or completion of their studies.
3. This Order shall take effect immediately and wide dissemination to a(l concerned is directed.
