Implementation of the Citizenship Advancement Training (CAT) at the Fourth Year High School Level

  1. In accordance with the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of the National Service Program issued by the Department of National Defense, this Department shall implement starting SY 2003-2004 the Citizenship Advancement Training (CAT), a restructuring of the Citizens Army Training at Secondary level.
  2. To provide guidance and direction in the implementation of the Program, the following are enclosed:
    Enclosure 1- Implementing Guidelines of the Citizenship Advancement Training (CAT)
    Enclosure 2- Roles of the Barangay Chairman, Principal and Teacher- Facilitators
    Enclosure 3- Program of Instruction
  3. Immediate dissemination of this Order is desired.
