- For the information and guidance of ail concerned, enclosed is a copy of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 7305 otherwise known as the Magna Carta of Public Health Workers.
- Particular attention shall be given to the provisions of Rule XV on Compensation, Benefits and Privileges particularly the granting of monthly subsistence and laundry allowances, salary increases after post-graduate studies, and health benefits, among others.
- Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Order is directed.
