Submission of Consolidated Inventory Report of Property, Plan and Equipment (PPE), Textbooks and Desk/Armchairs at DepED Central Office

In order to account all the properties of the entire Department of Education, the Secretary decided to have a consolidation of all properties including the Regional and Division Offices up to School Level.

The submission of the Consolidated Inventory Report using the new coding system in accordance with Electronic National Government Accounting System (E-NGAS) will be at the Property Division, Central Office in order to come up with the Inventory Report of the whole Department. Attached are the standard forms and various inventory codes to be used in preparing Inventory Reports.

The Inventory Reports to be submitted are the following:

  1. Inventory Report of Furniture and Equipment including motor vehicles, land, buildings and school buildings and other improvements.
  2. Inventory Report of Textbooks, Teachers Manual and other references.
  3. Inventory of Desk/Armchairs.

Hereunder are the dates for the submission of the consolidated Inventory Reports:

X, XI, XII, CARAGA, ARMM June 30, 2007

The District Property Custodians and Secondary School Supply Officers shall submit their respective Inventories to the Division Supply Officers for consolidation who in turn submit the same to the Regional Supply Officers for the regional consolidation before submission to the Property Division Central Office.

It is further requested for the Regional Supply Officers to submit their Delivery Reports using the required form as per DepED Order No. 45 s. 2006 on or before June 2007. AH deliveries of equipment, textbooks and desk/armchairs received by the field units must be reported to the Central Office within five (5) days upon receipt of the Regional Supply Officers of the report coming from the Division Supply Officers as amended by DepED Order No. 19 s. of 2007.

Immediate dissemination and compliance with this Order is hereby directed.
