Effectivity of Wearing the DepED Uniform

- In line with DepED Order No. 21, s. 2007 entitled “Prescribing the DepED Uniform for Teachers and Non-Teaching Personnel, the effectivity of wearing the prescribed uniforms shall be on June 18, 2007.
- It is reiterated that strict compliance of DepED Order No. 21, s. 2007 and this Order is enjoined. Non-compliance to and deliberate defiance of said DepED Orders shall be dealt with administratively after due process pursuant to Section 22.C (Violation of Reasonable Office Rules and Regulations), Rule XIV, Revised Omnibus Rules Implementing Book V of the Administrative Code of 1987 (Executive Order No. 292).
