- For the information and guidance of all concerned, enclosed is a copy of Department of Budget and Management (DBM) National Budget Circular No. 511 dated June 18, 2007 prescribing the rules and regulations on the grant of compensation adjustments to national government personnel effective July 1, 2007 as mandated under Executive Order (EO) No. 61 1 dated March 14, 2007, providing for a 10% salary increase over the monthly basic salaries as of June 30, 2007.
