Official Certificate of Graduation/Diploma for the 282 Public Technical-Vocational High Schools and Other Forms/ Documents Required for Promotion and Retention

- School Year 2008-2009 is the second year implementation of the Strengthened Technical-Vocational Education Program-Competency Based Curriculum-Contextual Learning Matrix (STVEP-CBC-CLM) in the 282 Tech-Voc High Schools nationwide from first year to fourth year.
- For uniformity of the curricular implementation, you are hereby directed to continue implementing the provisions of DepED Order No. 17, s. 2008 specifically on the use of Official Certificate of Graduation/Diploma and other forms/documents required for promotion and retention until such time that the Operations Manual for Public Tech-Voc Secondary Schools is approved.
- Meanwhile, School heads/vocational administrators, principals are requested to submit to the Tech-Voc Task Force c/o Dir. Ricardo M. De Lumen at telefax nos. (02) 633-9346 or (02) 632-0170 additional comments, suggestions regarding the draft final copy of the Operations Manual.
- Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Order is directed.
