In the exigency of service, Undersecretary Manaros B. Boransing is hereby designated as the Undersecretary for Finance and Administration.

The Office of Muslim Affairs shall be under his supervision.

This Order takes effect March 8, 2010. All other existing orders and/or memoranda inconsistent with this Order are superceded and therefore deemed rescinded.
