Flowchart on the Allocation and Deployment of New Teacher Items
  1. A flowchart on the allocation and deployment of new teacher items has been devised to serve as guide for the field offices.
  2. The flowchart (copy enclosed) identifies the offices/personnel responsible for each step in the process as well as the maximum duration entailed. Starting School Year 2010-2011, these procedures will be followed by the field offices.
  3. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Order is directed.
