Amendment and Addenda to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2011 (Revised Flowchart on the Allocation and Deployment of New Teacher Items)

- DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2011 entitled “Revised Flowchart on the Allocation and Deployment of New Teacher Items” is amended to add the process of payment of salaries of newly-hired appointed teachers in the enclosed revised flowchart, which shall be implemented starting School Year (SY) 2012-2013.
- The last sentence of Paragraph No. 4 of said DepEd Order is added and it shall be read as follows:
“4. Field Offices shall be given seven (7) working days to validate the deployment report prepared by Office of the Planning Service (OPS). The validated deployment report shall be signed/concurred by the Schools Division/City Superintendents (SDSs). In case there are changes in the deployment reports, the concerned Division shall include a justification for the revision(s). Once the NOSCA has been issued by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Regional Office, revisions in the deployment report shall no longer be allowed - All other provisions in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2011 shall remain enforced.
- Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Order is directed.
