1. As provided for in the seven-point system outlined by the Aquino Administration in the use of public funds to promote good governance, “The government will continue and strengthen a transparent bidding for every project, with every bid notice and award placed on the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System or PhilGEPS. ”
2. In this connection, all are enjoined to comply with the posting requirements on PhilGEPS of all projects bid out and awarded in accordance with Republic Act (RA) No. 9184 otherwise known as Government Procurement Reform Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
3. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Order is desired.
