CLARIFICATION TO DEPED ORDER NO. 20, S. 2014 (Additional Information and Corrigendum to DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2012)

- Under the K to 12 Curriculum of the Enhanced Basic Education Program, the teaching of Araling Panlipunan (AP) from Grades 7 to 10 has been detailed in Item No. 2 of DepEd Order No. 20, s. 2014 entitled Additional Information and Corrigendum to DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2012 (Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of Grades 1 to 10 of the K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum (BEC) Effective School Year 2012-2013). However, clarification has been made as follows:
“Grades 7 and 8 students shall take Araling Asyano (AS) for School Year (SY) 2014-2015. Thus, both grades shall be using the same learning modules entitled Asya: Pagkakaisa sa Gitna ng Pagkakaiba.”
2. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Order is directed.
