Target Setting Workshop
TARGET SETTING WORKSHOP
February 29 & March 1, 2016
DepEd’s Region 7 Office, with the full initiation and tight support of its leader, Juliet A. Jeruta, Ph.D, has once again organized a two-day workshop on February 29 and March 1, 2016 in the Conference Room of the Regional Office 7 – to gather more fuel in setting the different targets of the agency for the calendar year of 2016. Each of the functional unit was invited to contribute his solutions for the identified and deemed as ‘potential’ problems for its unit. The workshop aimed at stirring up the identified solutes of each unit with that one perfect solvent – the setting of targets. As per implications of the agency’s passionate leader, regardless of any solutes (problems), if one can direct himself into setting his targets, he surely can create appropriate solutions. This workshop started with the problem identification phase through the construction of each unit’s Theory of Change and ended with the intervention designing phase through each unit’s value proposition, called “Banig ng Buhay”.
