The DepEd Regional Office 7 true to its lifting up by word for differently-abled learners “We are All God’s Children” in cooperation with KOPEC (Korea-Philippines Educational and Cultural Exchange) and Cebu Provincial Government shall open avenues to repeat the experience of the three students from Lipata National High School this SY 2017-2018.

     A Regional Festival of Talents for the Differently-Abled Children will be conducted on February 28, 2017 at the Ecotech Pavillion, Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City.

     There will be competition in songs, dances, extemporaneous speaking, poem writing and art work (painting, handicraft, etc.). Criteria and guidelines for these different manifestations of multiple intelligences among learners with disabilities shall be released through a memo.

     All SPED Centers are encouraged to participate and win cash prizes and the opportunity to visit Korea.
