The CY 2019 Fourth Quarter Regional Planning Conference cum  System Orientation and Data Validation for the National Building Inventory (NSBI) SY 2019-2020 was conducted in support to DepEd Regional Office V implementation of FY 2020 Plans and Budgets.

All Division Planning Officers (DPOs) from the thirteen (13) Schools Division Offices (SDOs) of DepED Region V (Bicol) took the main role in the entire duration of the activity. Their participation was crucial in the formulation of SDOs Plans and Budgets which are responsive to the needs of the learners.

DPOs were joined by the selected School LIS Coordinators/Property Custodians during the System Orientation and Data Validation for the National Building Inventory (NSBI) that commenced on the 16th day of January 2020.

Actual On-Site Validation to the selected schools in the Division of Albay was one of the activities conducted. Such activity aims in achieving the thrust of maintaining the availability of accurate, quality, timely, and relevant data of school buildings, furniture, and fixture for the allocation of crucial resources and support to operational standards.

Representatives from EMISD-PS of DepED Central Office served as facilitators during the presentation of  the NSBI Forms and  Orientation of the NSBI Systems.

The series of activities were the initiative of the Policy, Planning, and Research Division (PPRD) headed by Mr. Roy T. Bañas, Planning Officer III, OIC-Chief Education Supervisor.
