30 July 2024 – The Department of Education (DepEd) has received a complaint from a group of parents regarding the potential dissolution of the Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) Senior High School Strand at Balingasa High School in Quezon City.

After consulting with the Schools Division of Quezon City, we are pleased to clarify that the ABM strand at Balingasa High School will continue to operate, following a higher-than-expected enrollment turnout. The concerned parents have been informed of the resolution.

DepEd remains committed to monitoring similar enrollment concerns and ensuring a smooth school opening.
