05 October 2024, LOOK: Education Secretary Sonny Angara, together with United States Ambassador to the Philippines MaryKay Carlson, recently led the launch of the ABC+ Project Expansion and the World Teachers’ Day Celebration at Malabon Elementary School.

During the program, Secretary Angara and Ambassador Carlson engaged with Grade 3 learners as they conducted a read-aloud session, as well as the handover of early-grade reading materials.
